Certification Conditions of Enterprise

One. Registered and Established for more than one year;

Two. To obtain the ownership of intellectual property right which can play core and support role in technology for their main products (services) by independent research and development, acceptance of transfer, donation and acquisition, etc. ways; 

Three. The technology which can play the core and support role in main products(services) is within the range of High New Technology Fields with National Key Supports.

Four. The percentage of scientific and technological engineers engaging in research and development and activities related to the technological innovation, accounting for total workers of the enterprise at the same year, is not allowed to less than 10% . 

Five. The percentage of total amount of the research and development expenses in the recent three accounting years (if the real operational period less than three years should be calculated according to real operational time) accounted for in the total sales revenues at the same period must conform to the following requirements: 

1. The enterprises with sales income less than 50 million Yuan (included) within recent one year, the percentage is not less than 5%;

2.The enterprises with sales income more than 50 million to 200 million Yuan (included) within recent one year, the percentage is not less than 4%;

3.The enterprises with sales income more than 200 million within recent one year, the percentage is not less than 3%.

Among them, the percentage of total research and development expenses the enterprises spent in China accounted for total expenses of research and development of the enterprise is not less than 60%. 

Six. The percentage of income of hi-new-tech products(services) in recent one year accounted for total income of the Enterprises at the same period is not less than 60%. 

Seven. The evaluation of innovative ability should meet corresponding requirements. 

Eight: There is no significant safety and quality accident or no serious illegal action to environment within one year before submitting certification application. 

The scientific and technological research efforts made by Guangzhou BAOYAN Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. in the process of Hi-New-Tech Enterprises Certification: 

1. There are seven invention patents and three software copyrights applied and obtained the authorization during 2013-2017, including five new-type invention patents and two new-type technological reagent and preparation methods, one MFS batching production management systems software copyrights, one soft tube rear-sealing machine automatic control software copyright and one bottle-washing equipment control software copyrights.
